TurnKey Access is a key safe and lockbox rental location at Tumble on Tedder, Tedder Avenue, Main Beach on the Gold Coast. You rent your own lockbox on the wall, and anyone you give the code to can collect or drop off keys between 6am and 10pm, 7 days a week.

Inside Tumble on Tedder, Shop 2, 14–16 Tedder Avenue, Main Beach QLD 4217. It's central to Main Beach Parade, Woodroffe Avenue and The Spit, and a short drive from Southport and Surfers Paradise.

Pick an available box on the wall above and send the reservation form. I'll confirm your box and send an invoice for your plan. Once it's paid, you'll get your access code and information pack by email.

For now, payment is by bank transfer only. Your invoice includes the bank details. Card payments are coming soon.

No. Everything can be done online. If you'd like to see the wall first, I'm happy to meet you there.

Keys can be collected and dropped off from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

Yes. The key safe wall is inside a shop with CCTV cameras and locked doors, out of the weather. Nothing at your building shows a key is nearby, and nobody at the hub knows which property a key opens.

Only the person renting the safe, and anyone they choose to share the code with. Each safe has its own code, set by us and reset between customers.

Please don't change the code yourself, as safes can be damaged. If you need a new code, for example if a cleaner leaves, call or text Kyle on 0436 322 508. We'll organise the change for you and update it in our records.

Keys, swipe cards and fobs only. Please don't store cash, valuables or anything you can't replace.

Add the TurnKey Access address and your box code to your check-in instructions. Guests collect the key when they arrive and drop it back when they check out, so there's no meet-and-greet and no waiting for a building office to open.

Meeting guests ties you to flight delays and late arrivals. A lockbox lets guests check in on their own time between 6am and 10pm, and frees you up to manage more properties.

Many Gold Coast buildings don't allow lockboxes on railings, doors or common property. A neutral key safe location like TurnKey Access gives you self check-in without breaking your building's by-laws.

Yes. Many hosts and managers take a box for each property so every booking has its own key and code.

Access is 6am to 10pm. For late arrivals, ask guests to collect their key earlier in the evening on their way in.

Yes. Give your cleaner the code and they can collect and return keys between changeovers without you being there.

An independent cost guide verified in November 2026 puts a typical Gold Coast lockout at about $175 in business hours and about $275 after hours, with after-hours jobs ranging from roughly $195 to $490.

You usually pay to replace it, and building fobs can take days to approve and program. Rekeying a lock costs roughly $44 to $120 per lock plus the callout. A spare in a lockbox saves you that hassle.
